The much anticipated official opening of the Popondetta General Hospital's brand new operating theatre was deferred at the last minute by Prime Minister Peter O'Neill.
Popondetta General Hospital staff and management were caught in between welcoming the Prime Minister, and officially inviting the incumbent Oro Governor, Gary Juffa.
